The meeting will be held during the XXXII IAU General Assembly in Cape Town, South Africa, on Aug 6-8, 2024.
The event will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC), a leading venue nestled at the foot of the Cape's most prominent and iconic earthly feature, Table Mountain.
To ensure inclusive participation from the diverse astronomy community across the African continent and around the globe, innovative avenues for remote engagement are being developed. This will allow individuals to join the event both physically and virtually and contribute their voices to the discussion.
