On July. 27, 2021, Prof. G. Colelli presented some of the ongoing activity and results obtained with Project SUS&LOW in the Round Table on "New Methodologies for Evaluating the Quality and Predicting Postharvest Behavior of Fruits and Vegetables" in the III Congreso Argentino de Biología y Tecnología Postcosecha, organized by the Facultad de Ingenieria Quimica della Universidad Naconal de La Plata (Argentina). Title of Colelli's presentation was "SPECTRAL TOOLS TO INCREASE INFORMATION ON QUALITY OF HORTICULTURAL CROPS".
