On June. 18, 2021,  Prof. Maria Luisa Amodio presented some of the ongoing activity and results obtained with Project SUS&LOW at the web-conference on "Digital technologies applied to baby-leaf" giving an invited  talk on “Hyperspectral Imaging to monitor the quality of rocket leaves from the field to the fork.”
