On Nov. 24, 2020, Prof. Maria Luisa Amodio presented some of the ongoing activity within Project SUS&LOW in the talk on “Is it possible to tell the past of the food we eat?” she gave a talk within the Workshop on “Biodiversity and Sustainability in Agriculture” held on-line and organized by the University of Foggia for the “La notte dei Ricercatori 2020.”
