On Aug. 20, 2023, Prof. M.L. Amodio presented some of the ongoing activity and results obtained with Project SUS&LOW with a poster presentation on “Assessing the performance of Hyperspectral Imaging and FT-NIR for prediction of internal constituents of tomatoes" within the NIR 2023 Conference held in Innsbruck, Austria, August 20-24, 2023.
