Fees

(Participation to the Social Dinner: 40,00 €)

Student registration fee includes:

Welcome reception
Official Symposium program and participant’s package
All lunches and coffee breaks
A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference
VAT

Full registration fee (ISHS members and non-ISHS members) includes:

Welcome reception
Official Symposium program and participant’s package
All lunches and coffee breaks
Technical tour up to a maximum capacity
Online access to the electronic version of the Acta Horticulturae proceedings
VAT

One-day registration fee includes:

Participation in the sessions of the selected day (including lunch and coffee breaks);
(It does not include any social event taking place on the selected day).

We invite you to check the ISHS membership advantages prior to registration and abstract submission.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation notified one month before the conference date, a 10% cancellation-fee will be applied.

After this date cancellation-fee applied is equal to the full registration rate.
