Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions and social events. Please note that we made all efforts to maintain registration fees as lower as possible since we believe that conference attendance should be affordable for all scientists. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.

One-day registration fee includes:
Participation in the sessions of the selected day (including lunch and coffee breaks);
(It does not include any social event taking place on the selected day).

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation notified one month before the conference date, a 10% cancellation-fee will be applied.
After this date cancellation-fee applied is equal to the full registration rate.
