I am Full Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, Statistics and Finance, University of Calabria (Italy).
I received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Siena and a Master in Economics from University of Turin (Coripe).
My main areas of research are in labor economics, education economics, policy evaluations, behavioral economics and sports economics.
I have published, among others, in the Journal of Labor Economics, Journal of Public Economics, The Economic Journal, European Economic Review, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Economic Inquiry, Labour Economics, Economic Policy, Oxford Economic Papers, Public Choice, Economics of Education Review, Journal of Economic Psychology, Economica, Journal of Human Capital. I have also published three textbooks on Behavioral Economics, Economics of Contracts and Personnel Economics.
