Only for PhD students and participants from developing countries:

The registration fee includes conference materials, program schedule, and coffee breaks.

Before requesting an invitation letter, please complete your registration for the conference.

How to Request the Letter

Send an email to imse2026@unibas.it  Use one of the following subject lines:

• Invitation to IMSE2026 — if you do not need a visa

• Invitation to IMSE2026 for visa — if you need a visa

If you are requesting a letter for an accompanying person, please send a separate email for each person, and add ACCOMPANYING [Name of the participant]
after the subject line.  For example: Invitation to IMSE2026 for visa, ACCOMPANYING Dr. John Smith

Doctoral Students

Doctoral students must also provide a recommendation letter on official headed paper from the Director of their Doctoral School confirming that the School supports their participation in IMSE 2026.
