Career Development Center is an institution within the university structure that performs the function of bringing together students and job seekers graduates with labor users (companies) (Kemenristekdikti, 2016). The Center for Career Development at the University of Jember is included in one of the centers contained in the Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M) at the University of Jember. The term Career Development Center in Higher Education in Indonesia varies, such as Career Center, Career Development Center-Student Advisory Center (SAC), Career Development Center (CDC), University Career (UC), and others. The role of the Career Development Center in Higher Education is as a bridge between the world of education and the world of work, conducting education and career training, providing employment information for graduates, holding entrepreneurship workshops, and providing information on the whereabouts of graduates after completing education (Tracer Study).
