Welcome to the UNCG School of Clinical Video Simulation Series
The School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro invites you to explore this comprehensive multi-media package that has been developed to be used individually or together to enhance nurse practitioner education. The educational materials developed include video simulations and faculty guides that align the AACN The Essentials: Core Competencies for Professional Nursing Education (AACN, 2021) Advanced-Level Domain Competencies and Concepts with the videos and the assignments presented in the faculty guides and incorporate evidence-based guidelines in the development of the clinical cases.
As part of the UNCG School of Nursing Clinical Video Simulation Series, nurse educators have created fictitious scenarios to display real-life patient situations for novice student learning and were also designed to enhance nurse practitioners' continuing education. The patient videos are cast with professional actors, nursing faculty, nurse practitioner students, and community preceptors.

Many video simulations come in two formats: YouTube and Interactive H5P. The H5P format has interactive questions built within the video. To access the interactive H5P format, click the hyperlink on the navigation bar on the left side title "Interactive H5P Case Study Video Simulations" or at the link provided below the picture at the bottom of the page.
