The University is called UNC Charlotte or simply "Charlotte" on second usage in a document or in informal communications. We do not use UNCC or UNC-Charlotte or other abbreviations when referring to the university.
The College is the College of Health and Human Services (spelling out the word "and" not using ampersand). We do use CHHS on second reference in some cases.
