Job Objective:
Assist the PQM Executive Director in monitoring the operations of academic and non-academic units and ensuring that the institution meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
KRA 1: Handling of Office Tasks
Provide essential services to the day to day operation of the Planning and Quality Management Office.
Provides valuable administrative support in preparing communication and reports, coordination, and in the implementation of quality management programs/ projects.
Prepares and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
Does inventory / physical count of office equipment and furniture.
KRA 2: Database Management
Safeguards all the records of the office, and maintains confidentiality of information and communication.
Performs clerical duties like receiving, sorting, recording, filling,and routing of incoming and outgoing communication.
KRA 3: Support to Institutional goals
Provides academic, tactical and technical assistance / support in the quest of the University for its programs to be PACUCOA/ ACSCU / ISO / ISA / AUNQA / COD-COE / PICAB-IT / PTC-ACBET certified / accredited.
Does other duties as the Executive Director for Planning and Quality Management may assign from time to time in the exigency of service.
