I. STRATEGIC GOALS & PRIORITIES (2025–2028)
1. Improve Academic Performance and Literacy
This goal focuses on strengthening learners' foundational competencies, particularly in Junior High School. Emphasis will be placed on improving literacy and numeracy, enhancing subject mastery, and supporting students with learning difficulties through differentiated interventions.
Strategic Initiatives:
Implement reading recovery and remediation programs for non-readers and struggling learners.
Conduct after-school tutorial and enrichment sessions in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science.
Promote student engagement through participation in academic competitions such as the Battle of the Wise, quiz bees, and essay writing contests.
Establish a peer-assisted learning program (“Each One Teach One”) to promote collaborative learning and mentoring among students.
Recognize academic achievers quarterly to foster a culture of excellence and motivation.
2. Enhance Technical-Vocational Education and Work Readiness
This goal aims to equip Senior High School learners, especially those in the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track, with relevant competencies aligned with industry standards and National Certificate (NC) qualifications issued by TESDA.
Strategic Initiatives:
Provide simulation-based training in Food Processing, EIM, and ICT using industry-relevant tools and methods.
Organize institutional visits, museum tours, and industry-based seminars to expose learners to real-world applications.
Collaborate with TESDA to facilitate on-site National Certificate II (NC II) assessments for TVL students.
Upgrade technical laboratories with sufficient tools, materials, and equipment to support hands-on training.
Launch a TVL showcase event to highlight learner outputs and build linkages with industry partners.
3. Develop ICT Literacy and Access
Recognizing the importance of digital competence, this goal promotes ICT integration in teaching and learning by improving access to digital tools and online resources, thereby fostering 21st-century skills among learners.
Strategic Initiatives:
Establish a digitalized E-Library to make electronic and printed learning resources available to all students.
Improve and expand computer laboratories to achieve a minimum 1:2 student-to-computer ratio.
Conduct ICT literacy sessions for students and faculty on productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, MS Office).
Regularly update installed software and educational applications to align with evolving academic requirements.
4. Support Teachers’ Professional Growth and Well-being
This goal affirms the vital role of teachers in student success. It ensures continuous capacity building, access to adequate teaching resources, and attention to the holistic well-being of educators.
Strategic Initiatives:
Provide teachers with opportunities to participate in relevant seminars, webinars, and in-service training (INSET) aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
Equip teaching staff with laptops, projectors, and instructional materials to facilitate engaging and efficient delivery of lessons.
Organize mental health and wellness seminars to promote work-life balance and personal resilience.

5. Promote Values Education, Religious Activities, and Youth Formation

Integrate values education across subject areas, particularly in Araling Panlipunan and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao.

Conduct Gender and Development (GAD) orientation and workshops that promote inclusivity, equity, and respect for diversity.
Partner with the Rural Health Unit (RHU) and other agencies to deliver health education campaigns focused on adolescent reproductive health and early pregnancy prevention.
Introduce life skills training programs that focus on financial literacy, time management, communication, and career planning.
Display advocacy materials on gender sensitivity and health awareness throughout the campus.
Monitor and provide guidance to students at risk of health and social issues through the guidance and counseling office.
7. Promote Sports, Arts, and Holistic Development
This goal supports the physical, creative, and social growth of students through sports, cultural activities, and the arts. It promotes balanced development beyond academics.
Strategic Initiatives:
Train student-athletes for participation in Division, Regional, and National sports competitions.
Conduct workshops in music, dance, visual arts, and theater to nurture creativity and talent.
Celebrate events such as Buwan ng Wika, Arts Month, and United Nations Day to showcase student outputs and encourage cultural awareness.
Form and support student organizations and clubs related to arts and physical education.

8. Upgrade Physical Facilities and Learning Environments
This goal focuses on improving the school's infrastructure to ensure a safe, conducive, and inspiring environment for both teaching and learning.

Renovate existing classrooms and construct additional learning spaces to address congestion and improve functionality.
Build and maintain specialized laboratories for Science, TLE, TVL, and ICT equipped with modern and updated materials.
Establish green spaces and enhance campus beautification through gardening and landscaping projects.
Install facilities for proper waste segregation and strengthen implementation of environmental policies.
Develop disaster-resilient structures and improve perimeter security and drainage systems for safety and preparedness.
