Crew Mail in All Ports
Your itinerary Land Team must be notified that the package will be arriving and what the contents are - contact information is below.
Packages are not accepted for most itineraries. If accepted, packages must not exceed shoebox size. Packages should only be for critical items that cannot be sourced in a port town (i.e. prescription glasses, prescription contacts, etc.)
Do not change your address and have mail forwarded to any of these addresses. Do not send personal mail to the office in Seattle.
UnCruise is not responsible for any missing or lost mail/
UnCruise will not forward along mail that is received after your employment ends or is terminated/

MEXICO
There is currently not a mailing address for Mexico crew members. If you need to get something to a crew member in Mexico, please reach out to Ops@uncruise.com.
Note: All packages sent to Mexico clears customs at the port of arrival and an importation tax could be charged (the crewmember is responsible for this fee), the amount varies. Packages that contain food could be rejected.
