What you'll need: Knife, cutting board
Cut the zucchini ends with the stem off and discard.
Cut the zucchini longways from the edge that had the stem down the long edge into 3rds so you have 3 long slices of zucchini
repeat step 2 for the second zucchini
Open the tuna and spread it equally onto 3 of the 6 slices of zucchini
(optional) top with cheese and microwave for 30-45 seconds
