What you'll need: Stove top, Medium skillet, knife, cutting board, bowl, fork, spatula.
Take 4 slices of black forest ham and dice them into squares.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolk and albumin are homogenized.
Warm vegetables in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side or until soft but still cold.
Dice vegetables into smaller pieces
Add two tbsp of butter to a medium skillet and melt the butter over medium-high heat. When the butter is fully melted and coated on the skillet’s surface, add the egg.
Allow the eggs to cook as one sheet. When the bottom has firmed up but there is still liquid egg on top, add the sliced ham, vegetables, and a liberal amount of cheese to one side of the cooking egg. Fold the egg in half, sandwiching the filling. Flip the omelette, cooking both sides until they are golden.
