What you'll need: Skillet, Bowl, Saucepan, Knife, and Cutting Board
Cook one pack of Rice Noodles in a saucepan with water according to instructions on the package.
Retrieve a 3 oz portion of Tofu and crumble it like mincemeat.
Fry tofu in a skillet with canola oil on medium to high heat.
Add 1 Tbsp chopped chili peppers, 1 tsp minced garlic, and ⅓ cup green onion. Add 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce and 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce and stir well until golden brown.
Add fully cooked noodles, and mix well, topping with another ⅓ cup green onion.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
To Lower Price:
Use garlic powder over garlic
Use onion seasoning over onion (lasts longer)
Use a noodle alternative or make whole wheat noodles (whole wheat spaghetti is a good option)
