What you'll need: Pan, Bowl, Butter-knife, Fork, Spatula
In a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease with canola oil and cook two slices of mortadella on one to two minutes per side until crisp on both sides.
Set this to the side.
Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk. Season with salt and pepper and whisk.
Cook eggs in half a tablespoon of margarine in a skillet on medium heat to desired cooking level. Fold into a square.
Butter both sides of burger buns, and toast both sides in skillet on a skillet until golden brown.
Use all ingredients to construct the sandwich and add a slice of american cheese
