What you'll need: Skillet, knife and cutting board, cheese grater, measuring cups, a large bowl, a spoon
Slice an apple in half. Using a cheese grater, grate half of an apple into shreds over a large bowl.
Add 2 Tablespoons of greek yogurt and a teaspoon of cinnamon to the contents of the bowl and stir.
Add ¾ Cup of Rolled Oats, mix, and allow to sit and soak for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the second half of the apple into bite sized portions.
In a skillet on medium heat, toast the apple slices along with ¼ cup of oats and another teaspoon of cinnamon. Toast until golden, then add to the contents of the bowl.
Can also choose not to heat or heat within a microwave
Top with two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and drizzle with a tablespoon of honey and enjoy.
