What you'll need: Medium Skillet, colander, spatula, 1 cup measuring cup, Stove, Refrigerator
In a medium skillet, add 1 lbs of ground beef. Cook the beef over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes, breaking the meat up with a spatula and stirring. Drain off the excess grease with a colander and return the meat to the skillet.
Add the taco mix packet and ¾ cup of water to the skillet over the meat. Stir this mixture; heat to boiling.
Once boiling, reduce the heat, simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
Remove from the heat.
Put a tortilla on a plate. Scoop ¼ of the meat into the tortilla. Add shredded cheese and lettuce to the tortilla. Fold the tortilla into a burrito and enjoy!
