What you'll need:
Stovetop
Heat one cup of water in a pot on the stove and bring to a slow boil.
Add the ½ cup of oatmeal to boiling water and turn down the heat to medium.
Slowly stir the oatmeal until it becomes soft.
You can also bring water to a boil in the microwave, add oatmeal and let sit for about 30 seconds before microwaving for another 30 seconds to a minute
Serve oatmeal into a bowl and top with yogurt.
Top with sliced banana.
