What you'll need: Small bowl with secure covering, (this could be a plate or saucer) fork, cutting board and knife.
Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork.
Add ⅓ Cup milk, and stir.
Cover and microwave for 60 seconds
Garnish with chopped green onion and 3/4 tablespoon of soy sauce
