Chante posted that she wanted to start doing more check-ins with campus partners and leveraging those partnerships that her team has, stop packing her calendar to the max with meetings and intentionally building in time for task completion when needed, and continue remembering the little things about her team and leveraging them.
Taylor posted that she wanted to start allowing for the autonomy of others, stop taking on everything herself, and continue finding strengths in everyone.
Christine posted that she wanted to start delegating more, stop fixing people's problems, and continue to smile.
Mary posted that she wanted to start delegating more to others, continuing to grow the SI mentor program, and stop worrying so much.
Christina posted that she wanted to start doing more one-on-ones with her mentoring team, stop getting overwhelmed by the amount of to-dos, and continue leaning on her strong team of peer leaders.
Sara posted that she wanted to start being an accredited program since they are submitting their materials this semester (go Sara!), stop controlling everything, and continue intentional relationship building with staff, students, and other departments.
Sarah posted that she wanted to start delegating more tasks, stop working past her hours, and continue having fun chats in the office with leaders to get to know them more.
