    • Options: 

      1. Academic department selects the days and times of the sessions & schedule the rooms

      2. SI Leaders choose their own schedule, then their schedule is built into the course schedule

         • SI Leaders then register for the course (at no cost), to attend the lectures regularly

         • SI staff schedule the rooms for the sessions

  • Lack of Motivation Among Students/Setting Boundaries & Marketing

    • Share session norms regularly with students

    • Incorporate study skills mentions more seamlessly into sessions

    • If students use AI to generate resources, encourage them to bring those resources to tutoring/SI sessions to check for validity & relevancy

    • Market services weekly to all campus partners (students, faculty, department chairs/deans, student org presidents, advisors, adjacent services, other campus services) - alternate who gets an update email
