CONFERENCE PAYMENT GUIDELINE & METHODS

PAYMENT

Two modes of payments are accepted: bank transfer or cheque / bank draft. 

Details of each payment are shown below:

BANK TRANSFER

Copy of bank-in slip must be emailed to icog-ita@ums.edu.my as proof of bank remittance before 

3rd September 2024.

Cheque / Bank Draft

Payable to “Bendahari UMS”. Please indicate the name(s) of participant(s) 

and Reference: ICOG-ITA2024 at the back of the cheque/bank draft

 and courier to the secretariat before 3rd September 2024.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. Kindly be informed that only abstract with completed payment (Receipt, Local Purchase Order (LPO), 

Letter of Undertaking, or Letter of guarantee payment letter etc.) received by  3rd September 2024 will be included in the ICOG-ITA 2024 title listing.

2. Please submit a scanned copy of the remittance advice or transfer receipt of the payment to the Secretariat. 

3. Any bank charges will be borne by the participant and not included in the total amount of the conference registration fee. 

4. No refund will be given for the withdrawal of registration.
