Log book

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Each PSM student must have a log book. You can download the template here. The following are the purposes of the PSM log book:

    • to record students' project progress and outcomes/achievements (recorded by students)

    • to record the date and frequency of weekly meeting between students and supervisors (Appointments form must be signed by supervisors)

    • to assess the students' weekly evaluation (Weekly Evaluation Form)

    • Gantt Chart is compulsary

  • Students are required to fill out their log book and arrange the Weekly Meeting with Supervisors. The proof of Weekly Meeting (Supervisor signatures) must be recorded in the Appointment Form in the log book.

  • PSM1 and PSM2 students must have sufficient number of weekly meetings (as recorded in the Appointments form) to be eligible to participate in the PSM1 Seminar and EXSELEN, respectively.

  • Each student must bring his/her log book in every weekly meeting with supervisor. The log book must be submitted to the supervisor at week 7 and week 14 of the semesters.
