PSM2 final presentation has been changed from the poster presentation to online presentation since 2020. This exhibition is known as the Exhibition of Senior Projects on Electrical & Electronics Engineering or the short form, EXSELEN. Starting from 2020, all participants are required to provide a slide and a video presentation.
1. Presentation time should be around 10-15 minutes and the remaining time is reserved for Q&A session. Expected total time for each student is approximately 16-20 minutes
2. Any registered student that does not attend this presentation session is considered to be failed in his/her Engineering Project 2 (PSM2) BEE4724 course.
3. Supervisor has the right to not allow students to present if the student does not meet the project requirement.
Students are required to follow all these requirements to be eligible to participate in the EXSELEN.
Student must show their log book to the Coordinator in week 12 . Students must have a minimum 10 Weekly Meetings recorded in the Appointment Form in the log book during that time. Coordinator will not include the student name in the EXSELEN schedule if the number of Weekly Meeting is less than 10.
Students are required to email the Presentation Slide/Poster PSM2 & Evaluation form [JKE/PSM/2(A)] to each evaluation panel by the due date (refer calendar), 5.00 pm. The Presentation Slide must be approved (digital signature at 1st page) by your supervisor before distributed to the evaluation panel members. You are considered not qualified to attend the seminar without the approval from your supervisor. Link for evaluation form can be found in download tab.
Students are required to email their Thesis Drafts to each EXSELEN 2022 Evaluation Panel on the due date (refer calendar). Refer to this link for the list of academic staffs' email addresses.
