We are a traditional karate-do club continuing the legacy of Master Hidetaka Nishiyama, and Sensei Robert Fusaro who started teaching on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus since 1967.
Our goals are to provide an affordable and safe environment for club members to train in traditional karate-do, improve character, develop mind and body connection, be a part of a campus community, and have fun. Everyone is welcome to try by coming to any of our training sessions. The club provides opportunity for members to participate in mini training camps, weekend (3-day) training camps, tournaments and travel to participate in events host by the North Central Region, local dojo, or out of state university clubs, and National and International championships.
