Phase I: Letter of Intent (LOI)

Access the link for LOI submissions at z.umn.edu/TRDP-LOI

A mandatory letter of intent (LOI) is due on January 5, 2026 and will be used for planning the review of applications. LOI components can be found here. 

Invitations to submit a full application will be sent in mid-January, 2026.

Phase II: Submitting Full Application

Full applications are due on March 16, 2026. Application components can be found here.  Submission information will be provided to those invited to submit a full application.
