Pizza is a favorite of children and adults. Whether it’s a homemade pizza or a pizza you bought, you can make it healthier by adding vegetables. Try common pizza veggies such as green peppers and onions. Or be creative and add less common pizza toppings such as small pieces of broccoli or carrots. If your child picks off the veggie toppings, that’s okay, maybe they’ll try them next time!
