Metrics

A service level agreement (SLA) is a contract between a service provider (OHR Operations) and the end user (OHR Operation's customers) that defines the level of service expected from the service provider.

OHR Operations has defined SLAs based on a balance of best practice data and cost of service to the institution. SLAs may change over time based on customer feedback and change in the strategic direction of the organization.
