You will be asked to provide feedback throughout your experience, and after your graduation. We take your feedback seriously, so it has a direct impact on your experience and that of future students. 

• The short pre-deployment survey (August; provides us with some preliminary info; sent to students) 

• The mid-year survey (December/January; sent to students and supervisors) 

• The year-end survey (April/May; sent to students and supervisors) lets us know what you've worked on, if you think the goals of the deployment are being met, about the skills you're growing (or would like to grow) and other info that helps your supervisor and the Center create a positive experience for you

• The 2- and 5-year alumni surveys impacts our annual reporting to HRSA (summer; sent to MCH alumni who recieved funding during their time in the MCH Program)
