Travel & Expense Card and Procurement Card (Pcard) Using a University Corporate Card
Reimbursements must be submitted within 60 days of purchase or travel completion or they will be denied or taxable.
Travel documentation must include something official with event title, dates, and location (e.g. agenda, registration, website)
Meeting or hospitality expenses need a list of attendees and agenda.

The MCC has logos, letterheads, and slide templates that meet MCC standards for use and are designed to establish and maintain the MCC brand across the University of Minnesota and in the public view.
