Wednesday, November 15: Visits to Fond du Lac Food Sovereignty Sites
Registration is Now Full with a Waiting List
As an optional "add-on" for Symposium attendees, Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is offering site tours highlighting local tribal food sovereignty initiatives. Join us for visits to Spirit Lake Native Farms and Na'enimonigamig (Fond du Lac's kitchen/cannery) on November 15. Schedule is TBA, but likely from about 8:30am to 1:30pm. Please see notes below:
You must register for this add-on during your Symposium registration.
The $20 fee covers the cost of lunch and programming on November 15. Attendees are required to find transportation to and from the sites; we encourage attendees to carpool if possible.
Due to the limited capacity of the host sites, registration is limited to 50 people. Interested registrants will be placed on a wait list after registration reaches capacity.
