Applications for 2024/2025 cohort are open on Monday, February 10, 2025 and closed on Monday, March 17, 2025. The application process included short essay questions and resume submission. GPA and past work experience were not primary considerations in the selection process. 

The selection committee seeks students who:

• encourage the heart by recognizing the contributions and wins of others
