We invite organizations to support the WiADS Conference and be a part of advancing diversity and innovation in AI and data science. Each sponsor level includes your logo featured on web and print advertising, as well as day-of-event materials, allowing sponsors to gain valuable visibility and showcase their commitment to supporting diversity and innovation in AI and data science. Additionally, every sponsorship level comes with event tickets, providing access to the day's exciting sessions and networking opportunities.
Our premier sponsorship package, Premier ($5,000), includes a large logo featured on web and print advertising, day-of-event materials, and acknowledgment in both opening and closing remarks. Premier sponsors will also receive verbal and written recognition during sponsored meals or breaks, and a dedicated table to display promotional materials and engage with attendees.
The Gold ($3,500) package offers a medium logo placement on event materials and web promotion, along with recognition during meals or breaks.
The Academic ($1,500) package offers academic institutions the opportunity to host a table and engage with conference attendees. This package includes a small logo on digital marketing materials associated with the event, and in printed day-of-event materials, allowing for targeted exposure in a more tailored way.
For a more accessible option, the Maroon ($1,000) package provides small logo placement in both print and digital advertising, ensuring visibility throughout the event.

Delivering high-quality professional events like this one is made possible by the generous support of our sponsors. We offer four distinct sponsorship packages, with the flexibility to tailor them to better meet your goals. As a sponsor, you'll have the opportunity to engage with a diverse, highly targeted audience and showcase your brand.
The event has traditionally attracted over 800 attendees, but this year we expect to cap it between 400 and 600. From the University, you can expect a mix of graduate and postdoctoral students, as well as faculty and staff. On the industry side, participants range from data analysts to CTOs, providing a broad spectrum of professionals.
For more insight into the audience, you can review job titles from the recent Data Tech conference on the MinneAnalytics site.
