Your Guide to the WiADS Conference
Learn more about directions and nearby parking locations. The McNamara Alumni Center is also accessible via public transit and is located near the light rail and many bus lines.
The conference welcomes individuals of all gender identities and is designed for a wide audience, including students, faculty, staff, professionals, and community members interested in AI, data science, and related fields.
The submission form is closed, we encourage you to check back for WiADS 2025!
Conference presentations will be recorded and made available after the event concludes.
By default, we enable auto-captioning for virtual attendees, and can offer a variety of accessibility and accommodation options for those attending in person. Please email us at DSIevents@umn.edu with your request. Two weeks notice (October 21) will help us to better fulfill requests.
All attendees must register before the event. In-Person Admission tickets are limited and subject to availability, with registration closing on October 25th at 11:59 PM or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Virtual Attendance registration will remain open until November 1st at 10:00 AM
If you'd like to volunteer, select an In-Person Admission ticket. You'll be asked about volunteering during registration, and DSI staff will contact those interested.
