We are pleased to share that the Maryland DDA Training Matrix modules are now live in your DirectCourse site.
Effective today, you can:
View the Training Matrix curriculum that aligns required and recommended modules with specific roles.
Assign the Matrix-aligned modules to your staff through your existing DirectCourse administrator tools.
Begin incorporating these modules into onboarding, annual training plans, and ongoing professional development.
*Note that the Training Matrix was updated in June 2026 to reflect lesson name changes. No actual content of the matrix has changed.*
Where to Find the Training Matrix Modules
Once logged into DirectCourse:
Go to Assign Training
Open the Drop Down "Modules Available to All Facilities"
Look for the Following Modules
MD DDA Training Matrix Annual Refresher - DSPs
MD DDA Training Matrix Orientation 90 Days Module 1 - DSP
MD DDA Training MAtrix Orientation 90 Days Module 2 - DSP Employment Add-On
