Onboarding or Training Support Sessions
We are please to offer two types of session please choose according to your needs.
Administrator Support Sessions: these sessions are open to all users of Direct Course in Maryland. Theses are an opportunity to connect 1:1 with an administrator to get your support needs met. These hour long session initially focus on Onboarding new accounts or for solutions that may take longer than a Quick Support Session
These 1 hour sessions can be used for any technical assistance needs including but not limited to:
Initial System Onboarding
Organizational Administrator Training
Training Plan Development
245d Training Requirements and Recommendations
Quick Support Sessions are open to all users of Direct Course in Maryland. These opportunities to connect 1 on 1 with an administrator are designed to assist users with a single issue when they struggle. They are most useful after the agency administrator has previously completed a 1-hour Onboarding Session. These 20-minute sessions can be used for anything the user needs support with including but not limited to:

Assigning Content
Archiving and Reassigning modules
Adding Agency Content via multiple methods
