DirectCourse is an online learning management system where users can take courses at their own pace.

The College of Direct Support, College of Frontline Supervision and Management and the College of Employment Services offer a variety of courses to enhance the skills of people supporting individuals with disabilities.

Request Form for an Organizational or Individual Learner Account

This request form will be used by Elsiver and DirectCourseMD to create your orgaizational account.

Step 2

Account Activations and Support Sessions

During this 30-minute session, you will work with the Maryland DirectCourse Consultants to confirm key details for your organization and get you started in the system.

This session will include:

Confirmation your primary organization administrators for DirectCourse
Create secondary Administrator learner ID(s)
Overview of initial onboarding and system functions
Support in developing your Organizational Administrator Training Plan.

To sign up for ongoing DirectCourse Support with a Maryland DirectCourse Consultants

These 30-minute sessions are designed to provide continued guidance as you implement and manage your account. You will work with the Maryland DirectCourse Consultants and receive support tailored to your organization’s needs, including system setup, administrator management, onboarding guidance, and general troubleshooting.
