Cohort Resource Sites

If your CIS cohort sponsors a course-specific resource site for instructors, you will learn more about its content and how to access it at your summer professional development workshop. Ask your faculty coordinator about your cohort's resources.

Create Inclusive Learning Environments

Foster a climate of belonging by creating learning environments that support a broad range of learners and represent a diversity of scholars and perspectives. Consider the accessibility of all aspects of your course.

Academic Integrity Resources

The International Center for Academic Integrity defines academic integrity as: a commitment, even in the face of adversity, to six fundamental values: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, and courage. From these values flow principles of behavior that enable academic communities to translate ideals into action. - The Fundamental Values (2019) from the International Center for Academic Integrity

Learning Management System (LMS) / Canvas

The University of Minnesota’s LMS is Canvas. Instructors may choose to use another LMS that is supported by their high school.

Locate Canvas at either canvas.umn.edu or MyU (open the “Key Links” menu and select “Canvas”). Your dashboard will show all Canvas sites you may access.
