Here students can explore the objects in a collection, examining what counts as an object: a physical product, a website about a product, a news story/article/video about a product, a case study on the use of a product, etc. They can also

  • focus on the potential challenges and opportunities that an object holds for technical and professional communication;
  • share about their collection interests; and
  • pay attention to archival actions like the naming of objects, assigning tags, and writing descriptions, etc.
