Contribute to the Fabric website.

Note that for each collection, there are three roles:

• Curator(s) -- instructor, student, collaborative team...
• Collection editor -- Dr. Isabel Pedersen; and
• Collection archivist -- Sharon Caldwell.

Note that each collection has an introduction (description of collection, 250-500 words) that summarizes the purpose and the contents of the collection.

Here students can explore the objects in a collection, examining what counts as an object: a physical product, a website about a product, a news story/article/video about a product, a case study on the use of a product, etc. They can also

• focus on the potential challenges and opportunities that an object holds for technical and professional communication;
• share about their collection interests; and
• pay attention to archival actions like the naming of objects, assigning tags, and writing descriptions, etc.
