You can take a language course not offered at the University of Michigan through the BTAA CourseShare program for your degree. You will pay your normal U-M tuition; no additional administrative fees will be charged. Grades and credits are reported on your U-M transcript.
The University of Michigan regularly receives Cantonese, Khmer, Mongolian, Uzbek and Nahuatl. You can find these courses in the LSA CourseGuide and register.
We also arrange to receive other language courses by request. Please consult the language department about CourseShare possibilities. Your advisor will liaise with the Department Chair and campus CourseShare Coordinator who will explore the possibility of partnering with another Big Ten institution to receive the course.
