Seed should be planted in spring & bulbs in autumn. Place seeds wrapped in a moist paper towel into a plastic bag and place in the fridge for 60 days to stratify. Then place into a warm location to allow seeds to split. Plant in soil and lightly cover, keep soil moist and in brightly lit area

The stem will turn yellow and the seed pods will become light brown. The pods will open to release the seeds, which will be black. Store seeds in a cool, dry and dark container
