You're invited to package seeds with us, share your seeds stories with others by decorating a zine for the vending machine, swap things to plant or just come and talk about gardens and plants. This first time, we'll have an opportunity to design seed library stamps for use at Ann Arbor Summer Fest & while snacks might not arrive in time for this first hangout, we will have them in the future!
We'll be in the Clark Commons Gallery on the 3rd floor of the Shapiro Library from 3:30-5:30pm next Monday, July 16th & the following Mondays throughout the summer:
7/7/25
7/21/25
8/4/25
88/18/25
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18 AT 5:00PM | THE ANNEX
Come take a break with U-M Library by exploring their Seed Library! Create seed dumplings to take and plant in your own gardens, take turns crafting paper planter pots or learn about their Seed Vending machine in the Shapiro Library. For anyone that doesn’t want to get dirty, U-M Library will also have coloring pages and blank paper, crayons and markers for anyone that wants to do their own alternative activity. U-M Library Outreach team members will be on hand to share information about their many resources for the community, including about some of their coolest collections.
