I am an early career social worker and public health practitioner whose academic and professional journey has been driven by a profound passion for enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of college students.
I bring a unique perspective to collegiate mental health informed by my interpersonal training and experience as a mental health therapist, as well as a background in systems thinking and collective impact. As a clinician with experience working with youth, young adults, and college students across the mental health continuum of care, I aim to integrate my therapeutic expertise to support students in developing coping mechanisms and discovering meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives. At the macro level, I leverage my public health training to drive systemic change within college environments—cultivating campus cultures that prioritize mental wellness and proactively encourage help-seeking through health promoting polices, systems, and programs
