Presenter Information

NOTE: The information on this page is for ROBOSYM 2025. Updates will be provided for ROBOSYM 2026 once submissions have been gathered.

If you have submitted to present a poster or oral presentation and have any questions, please contact the ROBOSYM organizing committee.

Oral Presenters

If you have submitted a paper for oral presentation, you have been offered an opportunity to present either a 1 minute lightning round presentation or 12 minute oral presentation. If you have not heard back about this, please contact Brandon Apodaca (bapodaca@umich.edu).

Poster Presenters

If you have submitted a paper for poster presentation, you will be assigned a poster board location on the morning of the symposium (Tuesday April 29th). If you have opted for free poster printing, you may pick up your poster on April 29th between 7am and 9am in the FRB Atrium.
