All that's left to do is show the right folks what you have learned.
It's time to return to the important topic of survey collaboration and ownership. Here's how you share a survey:
Return to your main Projects page.
On the dropdown menu for Practice Survey 2, select "Collaborate."
On the Collaborate page, add your peer facilitator as a full collaborator. To do so, add their uniqname#umich Resist the urge to add them by typing their full email address!, which will prompt them to create a dot-com account. Confusion ensues.
When prompted to add a special note, mention that you are adding them as a collaborator on this practice survey as proof that you have completed the Qualtrics training. They will receive an automatic email message.
REMEMBER: When it comes time to build an actual survey for your UROP project, your research mentor should create it. Once the mentor creates a survey, they can add you as a Collaborator. If they don't know how to create a survey or add someone, you now have the skillz to show them.
The last thing you need to do is complete the Q4UROP Verification form. You will need:
the Anonymous URL for your copy of Practice Survey 1,
the Anonymous URL for your copy of Practice Survey 2,
the confirmation code you received via email after submitting the accessibility worksheet, and
the email address of your peer facilitator and research mentor.
You should now be well versed in the basics of the Qualtrics survey management system and have some knowledge of baseline survey accessibility.
