• Have had a vaccination in the last 14 days such as influenza (flu) shot or MMR. You cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine if you have received another vaccination in the last 14 days. Please wait for a later date and time to schedule your appointment.

• Have experienced anaphylactic shock from any ingredients of the COVID-19 Vaccine

• Are under the age of 18 and are signing up for a Moderna or Johnson & Johnson clinic.

• 12-17 year olds are able to sign up for a Pfizer clinic only
