The Project
This site was developed by Kate Vogel, a Coastal Resilience Planner in the Chesapeake and Coastal Service Unit at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. It is a result of Kate's NOAA Coastal Management Fellowship Project, which aimed to provide climate change adaptation and resilience plans to Browns Branch Wildlife Management Area, Assateague State Park, and Pocomoke State Forest. This project created many partnerships within and external to DNR and provides recommendations and guidelines for future climate change adaptation planning.
